This Funny Event Came To Mind. . .

Okay, so when i was a little girl, i had a huge knack for getting lost in Wal-Mart when i went shopping with Mom.

I specifically remember one incident when we were in the card isle and me and my Mom were looking at birthday cards. I found a really interesting one and since i wasn't a very avid reader at that time, it took me a while to finally read it. When i put it back, i turned to tell my Mom what it said, and she was gone. I panicked and started crying, running through the isles looking for my Mom. When i finally found her i always said, "You loseded meeee!" and then she'd have to carry me throughout the rest of the trip through the store so i would stop crying.

But this wasn't the incident i recalled earlier. I got lost again on a later trip and after crying and running through isles again, i saw my Mom walking the opposite way in the front of the store. I ran to her and grabbed on to her thigh, where i stayed for about 20 seconds. She wasn't moving and i looked up to see that it wasn't my Mommy. I was probably the most embarrassed i've ever been, even though i was only like 5. She was giving me this odd look, and that worsened the embarrassment. I finally found my Mom, and all was well. I don't remember if i ever told my Mom or not.

So yeah, that was a funny yet embarrassing moment in my life. I hope to never be embarrassed like that again, even though i probably will be here soon. I mean, teenage years are mostly filled with embarrassment, right?

Sincerely,
Jo
